We offer personalized advice and support, tailored to your unique medical background, ensuring your (ship’s) pharmacy is well-equipped, assisting in medication procurement, and providing guidance for obtaining new prescriptions abroad—all for a fixed price.

Step-by-Step

Accessing care is effortless and convenient. Simply use your smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection to schedule an online visit via our website. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation from the doctor, including a Zoom link for your scheduled date and time. This seamless process ensures you can connect with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your own space, making healthcare hassle-free and easily accessible.

During the intake registration proces you will be prompted to fill out information on you medical background. This form allows us to gather essential information about your health history, current medications, allergies, and any specific conditions or concerns you may have. The form ensures that we have a thorough understanding of your medical background, enabling us to deliver the highest quality of care. During our intake, we can address any specific questions or concerns you or I may have.

We meet and discuss any questions or concerns you and I may have. If it is a match, you’ll be able to sign up for our patient network and pick the subscription that fits your needs.
Pick your subscription to sign up for the patient network. Here’s how it works: you’ll receive a predetermined number of contact moments for a fixed monthly price. These contacts can be in the form of phone calls, video consultations, secure messaging, or recipe requests, depending on your needs and preferences.
Visits are easy and convenient; you only need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a connection. You can schedule an online visit through the website and will receive a confirmation from the doctor with a Zoom link for the set date and time.
A typical video visit with your doctor takes about 10 – 15 minutes. A video doctor visit is very similar to an in-person visit. During your visit, the doctor will ask you questions about your health history and symptoms to better understand what’s bothering you. Based on this assessment, they will recommend a treatment plan and, if needed, send a prescription to the pharmacy you select.

I was fortunate enough to get to know Mirjam and her husband Eli through my partner years ago. They are an extremely experienced and wonderful couple, always ready to help and create ways to leave a positive impact on our world. Ever since I started long-distance sailing, the medical side has played an important role for me, first as a solo sailor and later as a captain and mother. I did as many trainings as I could and tried to navigate the names and uses of different medicines. But, I do not even get close to having the experience or education of a doctor.  Having Mirjam’s guidance and support as we depart and are on our long-distance voyages has given me an enormous amount of peace.
